Windows
- Internet access: to *.sdat.solargis.com domain, during installation and runtime of the application
- Required privileges: to execute installed software on client PC and access to Windows user home directory (especially Start menu folder)
- RAM size: recommended is at least 8GB
- Writable disk space: 4.25 GB of free space is required for the SDAT application itself. SSD recommended for better user experience.

MAC
- Internet access: to *.sdat.solargis.com domain, during installation and runtime of the application
- RAM size: recommended is at least 8GB
- Writable disk space: 2 GB of free space in ~ (aka. home folder) is required for the application itself.

- Display resolution: Full HD (1920x1080) if not used display scaling.
