The subscription and one-time purchase options outlined on this page are for use of data outputs within the customer's organisation. In case you want to share data with your client, consultant, or sub-contractor, you need to seek prior written consent from Solargis before sharing data.
For publishing Solargis data in the public domain, or for the inclusion of data in tender documents we offer multi-user and/or open access for an add-on fee. For further details or any questions, please contact us.
Subscription plans include a limit of number of datasets downloaded per year. If you use up all your credits, our sales team will discuss options for either upgrading to a higher volume plan or starting a new subscription.
All credits expire at end of the subscription term, which is typically a 1 year period.
All users with access to the subscription plan can see entire order history and can access data ordered by colleagues. List of sites for which data has been ordered in past can be seen interactively on the map and can also be downloaded as a spreadsheet.
You will have access to your order history as long as your subscription remains active. To optimize storage of data files, by default the data download links expire after 1 year. If you wish to have access to all data ordered over previous years, it is advisable to download and store data files in your preferred data storage solution. On request, we can also re-activate expired download links for specific orders.
Yes. Let's say you wish to order an updated time series dataset for a site for which you originally downloaded time series few months back. For such situations, the new order, which would include few additional months of data is counted as a new site. If you require regular updates of time series for purpose of performance monitoring of operational project, or regular comparisons with on-site measured data, we recommend you to consider a subscription to Solargis Monitor service.
