Previously we offered per user pricing and observed that it did not result in the best outcome. Adding users to the subscription created unnecessary admin and friction for our customers and also for us. Thus we are now offering tiered user pricing where price increases in increments of 5 users, and volume discounts are available for 10+ users. Pricing has been designed to deliver value even for customers where only 1 or 3 users will be making use of the subscription. Our customers that have several users assigned to the subscription typically have higher usage and thus also generate more value, resulting in a win-win for both Solargis and our customers. For organisations that appreciate unfettered company-wide access, we also offer pricing for unlimited users.
Based on a historical data, 500 projects per year cover the needs of 98% of our customers. Therefore, the Basic plan includes limit of 500 new projects per year and Professional plan includes limit of 1000 new projects per year. Should you exceed your plan limits by a small volume, you will continue to have access to the services you've subscribed for and Solargis sales team will contact you to adjust your plan to your needs. In case the number of new projects exceeds the limit by a significant volume, your access to the app could be temporally restricted.
We prefer payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) or PayPal. We also accept payment by bank transfer.
